Abstract
A generalized complex structure is an almost complex structure on $TM \oplus T^\ast M$ with a specific integrability condition. Particular examples include symplectic structures, complex structures and anything in between. In this talk, we will focus on the specific case of four-dimensional generalized complex manifolds and we will see some examples and constructions.
