A full h-principle for foliations by surfaces of higher codimensions

Abstract

I will give the elements of a proof that on every closed manifold of dimension more than 3, the space of the smooth foliations of dimension 2 has the same weak homotopy type as the space of all plane distributions of dimension 2.
